Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CarVinGuard website and services operated by StarkX LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CarVinGuard provides vehicle history reports based on publicly available data, including but not limited to information from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), state DMV records, insurance databases, and other third-party data sources. Reports may include accident history, title records, odometer readings, theft records, and recall information.

While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive information, we cannot guarantee that our reports contain complete vehicle history. Some incidents may not be reported to databases we access. Our reports should be used as one tool among many when evaluating a used vehicle.

3. Pricing & Subscription

Your first vehicle history report is available for $1. By purchasing your first report, you are also enrolling in our monthly membership program.

After your $1 first report, your membership automatically continues at $49/month, which includes up to 3 vehicle history reports per month. Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to cancellation@carvinguard.com before your next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account and any previously generated reports for the remainder of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation is processed.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our reports, all sales are generally final. However, if you believe you were charged in error or did not receive your report, please contact us at contact@carvinguard.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES AND REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STARKX LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION IN ANY REPORT IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT. Vehicle history reports are compiled from various third-party data sources and may not include all incidents or records related to a vehicle.

CarVinGuard is not a substitute for a professional mechanical inspection. We recommend that all prospective buyers have any used vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic before purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARKX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
