  • Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs): VINs you submit to generate vehicle history reports.
  • Payment Information: Credit card numbers, billing addresses, and other payment details processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number.
  • Email Address: Provided during account creation or checkout for order confirmations, report delivery, and account management.
  • Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and other analytics data collected automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and deliver vehicle history reports
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, reports, billing notifications)

Vehicle history data in our reports is sourced from publicly available databases including but not limited to:

  • National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)
  • State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) records

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. VIN search history is retained for 12 months. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
